Spiritual Practice is a meditation tool for those who want to make inner peace and well-being a daily ritual.  David guides you through four unique breathing meditations ranging from 7, 12, 20 and 28 minutes.  These meditations use a two-stage Pranayama breath, an active meditation that helps you to derive the benefits of your own healing energy. Start your daily practice and begin to experience more energy, openness and a deep connection to your true essence.

THE MEDITATIONS - the guided meditations are different than private session work. The imagery I am working with as I create the guided meditations is a person laying on their bed, under a blanket in a comfortable position with an eye mask on. I talk more in guided meditations than i do in private sessions because I want you (the breather) to feel safe with the accompaniment of my voice and guidance through emotional releases. These meditations only work if you lean into them with the active breathing, so if you are interested in doing the work and empowering yourself with your own healing then lean into them fully and practice often. Also there are many of the older meditations free on Spotify, use them as much as you want!" Lastly at any point if you feel like the energy is getting too strong and creating too much release or movement then slow the breathing down, breathe through the nose and even remove the eye mask. As you start thinking the energy will subside. If your hands get tight then make a fist and open the hands while affirming or saying out loud, "It is safe for me to open my heart and receive love". If the energy gets tight around your mouth you can affirm and say out loud, "It is safe for me to speak up and I have a lot to say!"

    Life changing - The most powerful experience

    David is a master in human transformation. This and all of his other work is extremely easy to do (you just need to lie on you back and breath) and the most powerful experience ever . I let out years of emotions in my body by crying after this sessions and David has truly helped me to heal my deepest core. Very grateful to have come across this and god bless David!     Finally I can meditate!

    Even after taking an 8 week mindfulness class, I could not meditate. I never made it past my knees in a body scan without falling asleep. I could not focus while sitting. Meditation sounded like a good thing, but I could not do it.
    Then, my new mindfulness coach recommended this mp3.
    The double intake breath technique is amazing. Immediately, I could meditate. Davids calming voice and hint of humor are a welcome start to my day. He is gentle and kind and forgiving and reminds me to be those things towards myself.
    There are 4 lengths of meditation, as short as 7 mins and as long as 28. I immediately started overachieving with the 28 and it is my favorite, but I am so thankful that some days I can do the 7 min and feel I've done my mediation for the day. If I am tense, I do the double breath anytime.
    David is a gifted healer and I am thankful to have been introduced to his work and that he shares his gifts with the world.

    Great way to start &/or continue a breathwork practice

    I've been participating in breathwork circles for a little over a year but have yet to find a way to commit to a home practice. Given that there are different length meditations, I have no reason to skip a day. David makes each session powerful regardless of the length. I like that he talks through it so you feel like he is right there with you and it makes me feel like I can keep going!

    A New Beginning

    I've only been using these tracks for a short time, but can already feel a shift occurring in my life. Ordinarily, three weeks off from work without pay due to the holiday would be a major source of negativity for me, but not now. I see it as an opportunity to begin a spiritual practice that will continue even after I go back to work. I can't thank you enough David.
