David is a master in human transformation. This and all of his other work is extremely easy to do (you just need to lie on you back and breath) and the most powerful experience ever . I let out years of emotions in my body by crying after this sessions and David has truly helped me to heal my deepest core. Very grateful to have come across this and god bless David! This recordings was of great help for me to start this practice!
Even after taking an 8 week mindfulness class, I couldn't meditate. I never made it past my knees in a body scan without falling asleep. I couldn't focus while sitting. Meditation sounded like a good thing, but I couldn't do it.
Then, my new mindfulness coach recommended this mp3.
The double intake breath technique is amazing. Immediately, I could meditate. David's calming voice and hint of humor are a welcome start to my day. He is gentle and kind and forgiving and reminds me to be those things towards myself.
There are 4 lengths of meditation, as short as 7 mins and as long as 28. I immediately started overachieving with the 28 and it's my favorite, but I am so thankful that some days I can do the 7 min and feel I've done my mediation for the day. If I am tense, I do the double breath anytime.
David is a gifted healer and I am thankful to have been introduced to his work and that he shares his gifts with the world.
I've been participating in breathwork circles for a little over a year but have yet to find a way to commit to a home practice. Given that there are different length meditations, I have no reason to skip a day. David makes each session powerful regardless of the length. I like that he talks through it so you feel like he is right there with you and it makes me feel like I can keep going!
I've only been using these tracks for a short time, but can already feel a shift occurring in my life. Ordinarily, three weeks off from work without pay due to the holiday would be a major source of negativity for me, but not now. I see it as an opportunity to begin a spiritual practice that will continue even after I go back to work. I can't thank you enough David.
