Healing Aggression Inside - is one of the meditations in the audio compilation of HEALING. Follow the instructions at the beginning of the recording. Lay down, get comfortable and give yourself twenty minutes to breath, let go and recharge. This is not a thinking meditation, rather it is an active pranayama breathing meditation, meaning you have to engage and do the meditation for it to have an effect on you. Follow the breather in the background and she will keep you on track with the breath. Try not to get too caught up into what I am saying as much as letting the words wash through you like air you are taking in, and enjoy yourself! Love, David

I can't recommend this audio enough. I've only used it a few times, but it has provided me with so much relief. Just last week I was headed home from work and feeling angry. After an almost 12 hour work shift I was battling exhaustion and the knowledge of some problems going on at home. I played the audio from my mp3 player before I went home and felt immediately better. Now before I go home I do this particular meditation. It has helped me so much. I can't thank David enough. I look forward to using the other meditations I've recently purchased as well.
