The group will be at a private studio space in Ojai and the info will be sent once you register.
Come ready for a powerful afternoon of breathwork designed to help you release the pain, emotions, old patterns and beliefs your body doesn't need to carry anymore.
We will use the breath to move you beyond the thoughts and stories that keep you stuck, and into a deeper connection with the heart.
Together, we’ll explore releasing what we’ve inherited to create new patterns: not only for ourselves, but for the generations coming after us.
And we will conclude with some reflections of thanksgiving, gratitude and the Fall harvest in Ojai!
What to Expect:
1:00–2:30 PM — Intention Setting & Preparation
2:30–3:30 PM — Breathwork Session
3:30–4:00 PM — Integration, Q&A & Closing
