My Favorite
I spent a week in Sandia Mountains with David which was an amazing experience. Every morning before our session began the room was cleansed using the cleanse spray and sage and it totally relaxed my mind and body. Upon returning home,, I started doing the same to start and end my day. It helps keeps me connected and present. I highly recommend it !!
