I will spend a little time talking about my approach to breathwork and how we use the breath to quiet the mind and open the heart. If you are new to me and the way I work you are welcome to do your homework with some free offerings below. After I introduce the work and open the healing group I will prepare you for the meditation. I will guide the group through 40-45 minutes of active breathing and then 10-15 minutes resting. We will conclude with some Q & A and then close down the group at the two hour mark. It will be a deep healing experience in the intimacy of your home. We will focus the healing on any of your own intentions and need for healing. There will be some lightness and humor to the experience as well as a little time for some people to share about their experiences. This is an early announcement and you all will be welcome to join.
