Men's Retreat, Omega Institute, August 24-28, 2026

I am very excited to bring our second Men's Retreat to Omega Institute. For years I have been nudged to lead Men's Retreats, so I finally leaned into my first Men's Retreat in New Mexico September 2023 and it was very well received by the participants. Over the 25+ years of doing spiritual work I have seen men pull back and become hesitant to fully express themselves and participate in spiritual workshops. The reasons are vast and things have needed some re-balancing in the ways of being human, and it's time for the men to come out and fully lean into this important time on Mother Earth. We need all of us!

What is your connection to the divine masculine? What is your connection to the divine feminine?

Join spiritual teacher David Elliott and a healing circle of men for a deep dive into what it means to be a man on the way to being a human. David's healing breathwork meditation helps you open your heart and move energy that traps or no longer serves you.

We sit in an open circle for partner work, digging into areas where you might be feeling stuck, whether that be physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually.

We look at self-discovery questions such as:

• Are you living or waiting to live?
• Are you holding any sexual abuse energy in your body, and is it affecting your relationships?
• Are there any amends or forgiveness you need to complete to feel at peace?
• How was/is your relationship with your father?
• Are you a father? How do you show up in that role?
• What is your understanding of self-love? Do you love yourself?

You learn how to look at yourself and your situation as being normal, and you will gain insights on how to love yourself more.

Aug 24th, Monday

9:00am - Opening Circle – set intentions for our time together. Get to know each other.

12pm - Lunch

2:30pm  - Leaning Into Your Life - Is it working? What are you here to work through?

3:45pm - Breathwork - Opening up 

5:00pm - Close for the day

Aug 25th, Tuesday

9:00am - How is your relationship with your Father? How does anything unresolved with your Father bleed into your relationships with - partners, money, work/career, issues w/ anger and anxiety.

12:00pm - Lunch

2:30pm – Are you living or waiting to live? Are you feeling stuck with your emotions, your mind and your body?

3:45pm - Breathwork - Clearing any stuck-ness with your emotions, mind and body 

5:00pm - Close for the day

Aug 26th, Wednesday

9am - How is your relationship with your Mother? How does anything unresolved with your Mother bleed into your relationships with - partners, holding onto sadness and grief, feeling the weight of the world. 

11:00am - Breathwork - Clearing any stuck-ness by way of opening the heart with the breath 

12:00pm - Lunch - free afternoon 

Aug 27th, Thursday

9:00am - Surrendering the old stories about your parents and the lineage that no longer serve you.

12:00pm - Lunch

2:30pm - Are you aware of holding any sexual abuse energy in your body? Do you know where it's located?

3:45pm - Breathwork - balancing the masculine (active) and the feminine (receptive) energies within the heart creating a Sacred Marriage within the heart.

5:00pm - Close for the day

Aug 28th, Friday

 9:00am - Closing Circle - Completion Breathwork session 

12:00pm - Ending
