A safe container will be set to gather as men and embrace all of our sides - emphasizing open hearts. We'll be sitting in circle, and getting out on the mountain all the while using our creative expression and breathwork to create the safety and openings.

7:00pm - Opening Circle – set intentions for our time together. Initial breathwork session
Sept 5th, Saturday
9:00am - Leaning Into Your Life - Is it working? What are some areas to improve in? What are you here to work through?
12:30pm - Lunch
2:30pm – Are you living or waiting to live? Are you feeling stuck with your emotions, your mind and your body?
5:00pm – Dinner break
7:00pm - Are you holding any sexual abuse energy in your body? Is it effecting your relationships?
8:30pm - Breathwork - Clearing any stuck-ness by way of opening the heart with the breath
Sept 6th, Sunday
9am - Are you still waiting to heal your relationship with your Mother, Wife, Daughters - Feminine side? How does anything unresolved with them bleed into your other relationships?
12:30pm - Lunch
2:30pm - Are you still waiting to heal your relationship with your Father, Partners, Brothers - Masculine side? How does anything unresolved with them bleed into your other relationships?
5:30pm – Dinner break
7:00pm - Creative Expression - sharing writing, song, dance
8:30pm - Breathwork - surrendering - balancing the masculine (active) and the feminine (receptive) energies within the heart and consciousness. Sacred Marriage within the heart
