In this healing group we will create a safe container for you to open up, move some energy, and get the healing you are ready for. I will check in with each person and help you set an intention to anchor you in the breathwork meditation. The breath will move you past the mind into a deep healing and clearing experience releasing old energies and traumas held in the body in a safe and conscious way. We will conclude with several minutes of relaxation where more healing and rejuvenation occurs.
Please join us for this special group healing session, held on very sacred land in Bolinas, CA. Parking instructions will be sent out prior to the event.
